What Is Included in This CCTV Kit?

Six White 8MP 4K IP Cameras

This kit includes six white IP CCTV cameras providing high-quality 8MP imaging at up to 3840 x 2160 resolution. The high-resolution cameras are suitable for monitoring entrances, driveways, gardens, garages, retail areas, offices, stock rooms, workshops and other important residential or commercial areas.

A six-camera CCTV system can provide broad coverage around larger properties. A residential installation could monitor the driveway, front entrance, rear garden, side access, garage and an additional vulnerable area. 8MP Recording and Six-Camera Live Viewing

The NVR supports high-resolution IP camera recording including 8MP. The number of cameras an NVR can record and the number of full-resolution streams it can decode simultaneously are separate specifications.

With six high-resolution cameras connected, suitable sub-stream or live-view settings should be used where required for multi-camera viewing. This allows a lighter viewing stream to be displayed while the cameras continue recording using their configured main streams.

Mobile Viewing with HiLook and Hik-Connect

The supplied camera specification supports HiLook and Hik-Connect mobile monitoring, while the NVR supports compatible Hik-Connect connectivity.

Remote viewing requires suitable internet connectivity, correct network configuration, account setup and appropriate security settings.

Two Spare Camera Channels

Six of the recorder's eight IP camera channels are occupied by this kit, leaving two channels available for compatible future expansion.
