HiLook NVR-108MH-C/8P(E) 8-channel PoE CCTV kit including four WHITE 8MP 4K 2.8mm Smart Hybrid Light IP cameras, one 2TB surveillance hard drive, four DM8 camera brackets, four 15m network cables and one FREE 24-inch monitor. The four supplied cameras use four of the recorder's eight available IP camera channels, leaving four channels available for compatible future expansion.

This four-camera package combines high-resolution 8MP surveillance, intelligent supplementary lighting, two-way camera audio, active audio and strobe-light warning, central 2TB recording storage and an expandable eight-channel PoE recorder. What Is Included in This CCTV Kit?

Four White 8MP 4K IP Cameras

This kit includes four white IP CCTV cameras providing high-quality 8MP imaging at up to 3840 x 2160 resolution. The high-resolution image makes the cameras suitable for important residential and commercial surveillance areas including entrances, driveways, gardens, shops, offices, reception spaces, stock rooms, workshops and other access points.

A four-camera configuration provides useful coverage around several different areas from the outset. A residential installation could monitor a driveway, front entrance, rear garden and side access, while a business could position cameras across an entrance, customer area, stock room and office or working area.

Actual identification performance depends on camera position, mounting height, target distance, lighting and scene conditions. Correct installation remains important even when using high-resolution 8MP cameras.

2.8mm Wide-Angle Lens

Each supplied camera uses a 2.8mm lens designed for broad general-purpose surveillance. This wider view is useful where a large section of an entrance, driveway, garden, room, retail floor or other area should remain visible.

A wide-angle lens provides broad scene coverage, although distant subjects naturally occupy fewer pixels than subjects positioned close to the camera. Camera positions should therefore be selected around the areas where useful identification detail is most important.

Smart Hybrid Light Technology

The supplied cameras use Smart Hybrid Light and Smart Supplement Light technology for flexible low-light and night-time security monitoring.

This provides more adaptable supplementary illumination than a conventional basic night-vision configuration and can be useful around entrances, driveways, gardens, garages, business premises and other locations requiring monitoring after dark.

130 dB Wide Dynamic Range

The camera specification includes 130 dB Wide Dynamic Range technology. WDR helps balance scenes containing both strong bright areas and darker areas within the same image.

This can improve surveillance around doorways, windows, vehicle entrances and other locations where strong backlighting could otherwise make important parts of the image difficult to see.

Built-In Microphone and Speaker

Each camera includes a built-in microphone and speaker, supporting real-time two-way audio when the system is correctly configured.

Users can hear activity from the monitored area and communicate through the camera where required. Two-way audio can be useful around entrances, gates, reception areas, customer-facing locations and other suitable security applications.

CCTV audio should always be used in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

Audio and Strobe-Light Alarm

The cameras also include audio and strobe-light alarm functionality. When correctly configured, the camera can provide an audible and visible warning rather than functioning only as a passive surveillance device.

This can provide an additional security response around driveways, entrances, gardens, external storage areas and commercial premises.

HiLook NVR-108MH-C/8P(E) 8-Channel PoE NVR

The included HiLook NVR-108MH-C/8P(E) is an eight-channel 4K PoE Network Video Recorder with eight IP camera inputs and eight integrated PoE camera interfaces.

Four channels and four PoE interfaces are used by the cameras included with this kit, leaving four channels and four PoE interfaces available for compatible future expansion.

The recorder supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264 video formats and provides up to 80 Mbps incoming bandwidth.

8MP Recording and Multi-Camera Live View

The NVR supports high-resolution IP camera recording including 8MP. Its headline simultaneous decoding specification is lower than its total eight-camera input capacity, so recording capability and simultaneous full-resolution multi-camera live viewing should not be treated as the same specification.

When several cameras are displayed together, appropriate sub-stream or live-view settings may be used while the cameras continue recording using their configured main recording streams.

80 Mbps Incoming Bandwidth

The NVR supports up to 80 Mbps incoming camera bandwidth. The combined network traffic generated by all connected cameras must remain within this recorder capacity.

The exact bandwidth required by the four supplied cameras depends on bitrate, frame rate, video compression, scene complexity and other settings. Because the exact camera model number is intentionally not published, no unsupported individual maximum camera bitrate is stated.

Future expansion should also take the recorder's available incoming bandwidth into account before additional cameras are connected.

Eight Integrated PoE Camera Interfaces

The HiLook NVR provides eight integrated IEEE 802.3af/at PoE camera interfaces with total PoE power up to 75W.

Four PoE interfaces are used by this kit, leaving four available for compatible future cameras. A compatible PoE connection allows network data and electrical power to travel through the same Ethernet cable.

Four 15m Network Cables Included

This kit includes four individual 15m network cables, providing one cable for each supplied camera.

Customers should measure each planned camera cable route before installation to make sure the supplied 15m cable length is sufficient. Longer routes may require additional or alternative network cabling.

2TB Surveillance Hard Drive Included

One 2TB surveillance hard drive is included for central CCTV recording through the NVR.

The NVR provides one SATA interface and supports a compatible HDD capacity up to 8TB. The included 2TB surveillance drive therefore operates within the recorder's supported storage specification.

Actual recording duration depends on bitrate, frame rate, compression, continuous or event recording, scene activity and other settings. A fixed number of recording days should not be guaranteed without calculating storage using the final recording configuration.

On-Camera microSD Storage Support

The supplied camera specification also supports onboard microSD storage up to 512GB. microSD cards are not included unless specifically stated separately.

The included 2TB surveillance hard drive provides the main central recording storage for this complete kit.

FREE 24-Inch Monitor Included

This exact CCTV kit includes one FREE 24-inch monitor for local live viewing, playback and NVR operation.

The NVR provides HDMI and VGA display outputs and can provide high-resolution display output when connected to compatible equipment.

The monitor supplied with this exact kit must be 24 inches and should not be substituted with another monitor size unless the customer order or product configuration is formally changed.

HiLook and Hik-Connect Mobile Viewing

The supplied camera specification supports mobile monitoring using HiLook and Hik-Connect, while the NVR also supports compatible Hik-Connect connectivity.

Remote viewing requires suitable internet connectivity, correct system configuration, account setup and appropriate network-security settings.

Four Spare Camera Channels

Four of the recorder's eight available camera channels are used in this kit, leaving four channels available for compatible future expansion.

This means the CCTV system can begin as a four-camera installation and potentially expand to as many as eight compatible camera channels without immediately replacing the NVR.

Future camera additions must still remain within the recorder's bandwidth, PoE, decoding, resolution and storage capabilities.

Four DM8 Camera Brackets Included

This bundle includes four DM8 camera brackets, providing one bracket for each supplied white camera.

Additional wall or ceiling fixings, conduit, cable protection, drilling equipment or other installation materials may still be required depending on the installation location.
