HiLook NVR-108MH-C/8P(E) 8-channel PoE CCTV kit including two WHITE 8MP 4K 2.8mm Smart Hybrid Light IP cameras, one 2TB surveillance hard drive, two DM8 camera brackets, two 15m network cables and one FREE 24-inch monitor. What Is Included in This CCTV Kit?

Two White 8MP 4K CCTV Cameras

The kit includes two white IP CCTV cameras capable of high-quality 8MP imaging at up to 3840 x 2160 resolution. This level of image detail makes the system suitable for monitoring entrances, driveways, gardens, shop areas, offices, reception spaces and other important locations.

A two-camera configuration is particularly useful where two main areas require dedicated surveillance. A residential property could use one camera for the front or driveway and another for the rear, while a business could use the cameras across an entrance and an internal customer, office or storage area.

Actual identification detail will depend on camera position, mounting height, target distance, available lighting and the scene being monitored.

2.8mm Wide-Angle Lens

130 dB Wide Dynamic Range

The camera specification includes 130 dB Wide Dynamic Range technology. WDR helps improve image balance where very bright and dark areas appear together within the same surveillance scene.

This can be particularly useful around entrances, windows and access points where strong daylight or artificial lighting could otherwise make part of the image too bright or too dark.

Built-In Microphone and Speaker

The HiLook NVR-108MH-C/8P(E) is an eight-channel 4K PoE network video recorder designed for compatible IP CCTV systems. It provides eight IP camera inputs and eight integrated PoE interfaces.

This kit initially uses only two camera channels and two PoE interfaces, leaving six available for compatible future expansion.

The recorder supports video formats including H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264 and provides up to 80 Mbps incoming bandwidth.

8MP Recording and Decoding Capability

The NVR supports recording resolutions including 8MP and is suitable for use with the two supplied 8MP cameras when configured within the recorder's supported limits.

The recorder's headline specification provides up to two-channel 8MP decoding capacity. Input capacity and simultaneous high-resolution decoding capacity are separate specifications, so appropriate live-view stream settings should be used as additional cameras are added to the system.

80 Mbps Incoming Bandwidth

The NVR provides up to 80 Mbps incoming bandwidth. The combined incoming camera traffic must remain within this recorder limit.

With only two cameras connected initially, there is substantial recorder capacity available compared with a smaller four-channel 40 Mbps NVR configuration.

Actual bandwidth use depends on camera bitrate, frame rate, compression mode, image complexity and recording configuration.

Eight Integrated PoE Interfaces

The NVR provides eight IEEE 802.3af/at PoE interfaces with a total PoE power specification of up to 75W.

Compatible PoE cameras can receive both network data and electrical power through the same Ethernet connection when connected directly to the recorder.

Two PoE interfaces are occupied by the supplied cameras, leaving six available for compatible future cameras.

Two 15m Network Cables Included

This package includes two individual 15m network cables, providing one cable for each supplied camera.

The installation route for each camera should be measured before fitting to confirm that 15 metres is sufficient. Longer cable routes may require alternative or additional compatible cabling.

2TB Surveillance Hard Drive Included

One 2TB surveillance hard drive is included for central CCTV recording through the NVR.

The NVR provides one SATA interface and supports a compatible hard drive with capacity up to 8TB, placing the supplied 2TB drive comfortably within its supported storage range.

Recording duration depends on camera bitrate, frame rate, compression, recording schedule, scene complexity and activity levels. A fixed number of recording days should therefore not be guaranteed without carrying out a storage calculation using the final recording settings.

On-Camera Storage Support

The supplied camera specification also supports onboard storage through a microSD card slot with capacity up to 512GB.

microSD cards are not included with this kit unless separately stated. The included 2TB surveillance HDD provides the main central recording storage through the NVR.

FREE 24-Inch Monitor Included

This CCTV kit includes one FREE 24-inch monitor. The monitor provides a dedicated local display for viewing live camera images, accessing recorded footage and operating the NVR.

The NVR provides HDMI and VGA video outputs, with HDMI supporting output resolutions up to 4K when used with compatible display equipment and settings.
